Coaching/Consulting Pricing Packages
What is the coaching process?
1. Results First: It’s no secret that people who achieve at a high level are results-driven. You will work with your coach to assess where your are right now and specifically define the results you are committed to achieving to begin to develop your life vision.
2. Define Your Ultimate Purpose: Purpose drives action and alignment is key in peak performance. Your coach will work with you to gain clarity around what really drives you as well as what stops you from taking action.
3. Create a solid MAP: After developing an action plan with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Track-able) goals – we will prioritize goals, determine possible obstacles, set timelines, determine resources and support systems needed and plan the first action steps required. Your plan is your "Pathway to Power". It is modeled on those individuals who have already achieved the results you demand at the highest and deepest levels. Consistency is key.
4. Track and Measure: As the saying goes, “You can’t manage what you can’t measure.” Your coach will work with you every 10 days to two weeks to ensure any new habits/patterns being developed are staying consistent and any old habits/patterns are being broken.
5. Shift and Condition: Results are 20% mechanics and 80% psychology. Tony’s framework holds the most value in the moments where, together, we help shift your focus, beliefs, questions, and values to align you with your ultimate vision. Ultimately it’s ‘who you are today’ that will define your results for tomorrow.
6. Neutral and Heavy Accountability: Your coach will help you have laser focus, challenge you, hold you accountable and confront you when you are not meeting your commitments as you implement your “Pathway to Power”. Accountability alone helps clients increase the amount of results achieved and reduce the time it takes to achieve them.

Marcus Guiliano is not necessarily your typical chef. Yes he cooks. Yes he creates. Yes he understands and does what almost all chefs do. However, the difference with Marcus is restaurant consultant, professional speaker and food activist all in one. He is a serious advocate for healthy non-GMO, sustainably produced food, helping other restaurants succeed and loves telling his personally journey about it all.
Marcus, along with his wife Jamie, have owned and operated a successful Green Certified© destination restaurant, Aroma Thyme Bistro, located in the somewhat sleepy hamlet of Ellenville in New York State’s Ulster County since 2003. In addition to the food at Aroma Thyme Bistro, the restaurant cellars an award winning wine selection, as well as a beer and spirit enthusiasts dream selection. The core mission of the restaurant is to seek out either local and/or small batch independent production items to support the small business owners locally and globally. During his time both as restaurateur/entrepreneur, Marcus has become a marketing expert creating various methods of reaching out to long time returning guests and seeking out new ones in order to keep the restaurant vibrant. Marcus won an international marketing contest in 2008, hosted by a restaurant marketing guru and author Rory Fatt. As part of this journey Marcus has become a guest database expert focusing his efforts mostly on educational marketing outreach combined with unique special event offerings. This combination of database management and analysis along with marketing outreach and regular communication with guests both old and new has resulted in building a successful destination restaurant in a small town. Marcus’s knowledge and experience regarding the nuts and bolts aspect of running a successful restaurant has been turned into a successful website/blog and consulting/cyber-coaching venture entitled, 50 Mistakes Restaurant Owners Make (www.50Mistakes.com).
